SCLA's Class of 2017: Where are they now?

Yeah, it's a BIG deal. We are very pleased to announce that Jacob Fuhrman, class of 2017, has been named a Boettcher Scholar from the Boettcher Foundation. The Boettcher Scholarship is a prestigious, merit-based academic scholarship awarded to graduating Colorado high school students. Award recipients, on average, rank in the top 2% of their graduating classes and have an average SAT score around 1400 (roughly the 97th percentile). Only 42 students (out of 1500 applications) are awarded Boettcher Scholarships each year, and are selected from 100 finalists who are interviewed by the Foundation board. Congratulations, Jacob!
